Description:
Vydyne R533 series of 33% glass fiber-reinforced nylons are general purpose, injection molding grades which are lubricated for good machine feed, flow and mold release. Vydyne R533 series resins have tensile strength and modulus properties just below aluminum and zinc and can replace these metals in numerous applications due to an excellent balance of properties. Reduction in production costs, energy consumption and part weight are key advantages of Vydyne glass reinforced nylon 6,6 resins over aluminum and/or zinc die cast parts.
Vydyne R533 series is a heat stabilized grade, formulated to minimize the oxidative and thermal degradation of the nylon polymer when exposed to elevated temperatures for extended periods of time. Vydyne R533 series of resins have been used for many under-the-hood automotive applications, motor housings for power tools and garden appliances. These resins have also been used in miscellaneous brackets, gears, and clips, which require high rigidity and strength.
Vydyne R533H resins have tensile strength and modulus properties just below aluminum and zinc and can replace these metals in numerous applications due to an excellent balance of properties. Reduction in production costs, energy consumption, and part weight are key advantages of Vydyne glass reinforced nylon 6,6 resins over aluminum and/or zinc die cast parts.
Vydyne R533H is a heat stabilized grade, formulated to minimize the oxidative and thermal degradation of the nylon polymer when exposed to elevated temperatures for extended periods of time. Vydyne R533H provides improved retention of physical properties under exposure to long-term heat. The continuous operating use temperature is 275°F and short-term peak temperatures as high as 475°F.
Vydyne R533H01 is a heat stabilized grade, formulated to minimize the oxidative and thermal degradation of the nylon polymer when exposed to elevated temperatures for extended periods of time.
Vydyne R533T is a member of a wide range of glass reinforced resins. Vydyne R533T resins have tensile strength and modulus properties just below aluminum and zinc and can replace these metals in numerous applications due to an excellent balance of properties. Reduction in production costs, energy consumption, and part weight are key advantages of Vydyne glass reinforced Nylon 6,6 resins over aluminum and/or zinc die cast parts.
Vydyne R535H is 35% glass-fiber reinforced PA66 resin. Available in natural, it is heat-stabilized with an electrically neutral heat stabilizer. It is designed specially for electrical applications requiring high dielectric strength, low conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Vydyne R535J is a black, 35% glass filled, high flow, polyamide 66 that is heat stabilized with an electrically neutral heat stabilizer. It is specially designed for electrical applications requiring high dielectric strength, low conductivity, and corrosion resistance.
Vydyne R535HT is a 35% glass-filled, heat-stabilized PA66 resin. Available in black, this product is also lubricated for improved flow and offers superior surface appearance. Specifically designed for high-temperature applications, Vydyne R535HT can withstand elevated temperatures up to 190°C for an extended period of time.
Vydyne XHT is the clear choice for high temperature endurance. Vydyne XHT combines unique polymer chemistries with proprietary heat stabilization technology to provide a broad window of long-term high temperature performance up to 230C. Because it's a Vydyne product, XHT offers exceptional processability, durability and mechanical properties.
Vydyne PA66 and PA6 resins and compounds, including neat resin, impact-modified, mineral-filled, glass-filled and outdoor weatherable products. Vydyne is used around the world in automobiles, cable ties and fasteners, consumer goods, electrical and electronic products and industrial equipment.
Glass-fiber reinforced Vydyne resins provide higher heat distortion temperature, resistance to creep and better dimensional stability when compared with unreinforced PA66. These products have good chemical resistance to a broad range of chemicals including hydraulic fluids and most solvents.
We also have good experience in transportation both by air and ocean to overseas.

Company Profile
Zhejiang Zhongfu Industrial Limited was located in Hangzhou Zhejiang China, We are professional manufacturer and wholesaler for chemicals and engineering plastics with advanced equipment and first class technology.
Because of high quality products and good service, our products has been exported to 50 countries and regions, such as America, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Russia, India, EU(European Union), the Middle East, Southeast Asia, North Africa and so on.
Engineering plastics and high performance plastics are our main business. They are types of plastics that will have better chemical resistance, impact and mechanical strength then commodity plastics. They will perform better under extreme stress and heat. The global engineering plastics market is expected to witness strong growth, during the forecast period. Increasing demand from emerging economies and use of engineering plastics in aerospace industry are supporting further growth in the global engineering plastics market.
Engineering plastics are plastic materials having superior mechanical and/or thermal properties. It can be used permanently at temperatures between 100° C and 150° C. The industries are in the process of replacing the conventional materials, such as alloys, glass, and metals, with engineering plastics due to their superior mechanical characteristics, virtuous chemical resistance, resistance to wear and high dimensional stability. Engineering plastics are used in various industries such as automotive and transportation, electrical and electronics, consumer appliances, industrial machinery, packaging, construction and medical.
Geographically, the global engineering plastics market has been segmented into North America, South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Rest of the World. Asia-Pacific is expected to witness the highest growth in the global engineering plastics market, during the forecast period. The major factors driving the regional growth include presence of electrical and electronics manufacturers, huge base of automobile manufacturers, increasing industrial establishment for metal fabrication and industrial machinery and increasing demand for packaging solutions from various end-user industries. China and India are driving the demand for engineering plastics in the Asia-Pacific region. The North American market for engineering plastics is expected to witness steady growth, during the forecast period. The European market is expected to show firm growth in the global engineering plastics market, during the forecast period. The regional market is being driven by innovation and technological advancement to develop new products which could open up new avenues of application. Stringent emission and safety rules imposed by the European Union have enforced the manufacturing companies to carry out intense research and development activities to develop products which are lighter in weight, but have higher impact strength, resistance to wear and fatigue, high abrasion, chemical resistance and ability to withstand a wide temperature range. The South American market for engineering plastics holds ample growth opportunities for engineering plastics manufacturers. The South American region is witnessing significant foreign investment for industrial development in various sectors, including chemicals, construction, automotive, packaging and electronics, which is likely to boost the global market for engineering plastics.
We mainly deal with PEI, PSU, PPSU, PES, PEEK, PPA, PPS, PPO, LCP, TPEE, PVDF, FEP, PFA, ETFE, PTFE, PA46, PA4T, PA9T, PA11, PA12, PA612 and so on, any demand in this area, you can contact us freely by email or phone.
