Description:
VESTOSINT 1101 white is the standard fluidized bed coating powder based on polyamide 12. It is most suitable for the coating of wire goods.

VESTOSINT 1111 colored is a polyamide 12 powder suitable for all-purpose fluidized bed coating.

VESTOSINT 1121 colored is a polyamide 12 powder suitable for all-purpose fluidized bed coating.

VESTOSINT 1141 colored is a standard fluidized bed coating powder based on polyamide 12. It is especially suitable for the coating of wire goods.

VESTOSINT 1161 white is a polyamide 12 powder developed for the fluidized bed coating of, e.g., wire goods.

VESTOSINT 1164 white respectively 1174 white are nylon 12 fine powders which are specially developed for the minicoat process of small articles, e.g. corsetry or ferrit rings. VESTOSINT 1164 white and 1174 white are used additionally in paints.

VESTOSINT 1301 white is a fluidized bed coating powder based on polyamide 12. It is most suitable for the coating of thin-walled parts.

VESTOSINT PA12 powders, which are manufactured from the base polymers in a technically demanding process, feature many physical, chemical and electrical properties that make them perfect for coating metal parts. The coatings are applied in the fluidized-bed process, or by flame spraying.

As a coating, VESTOSINT powders protect the surface of metals, help create fiber composites, and when used as an additive, improve the properties of paints. By virtue of the good mechanical values and high chemical resistance of polyamide 12, the powders are used wherever high quality is required.
