Hyflon MFA 1041 is a high extrusion speed resin specifically designed for insulation for plenum-rated LAN cables. MFA 1041 delivers superior electrical performance in addition to its excellent fire characteristics, physical properties, and processing. The unique chemical structure of MFA provides the superior properties necessary for the increasingly demanding telecommunications industry. Cables manufactured with MFA 1041 have met the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) Category 6 standard. The extremely low attenuation of MFA 1041 makes it a logical choice for the developing Augmented Category 6 standard.Hyflon MFA 1041 is not recommended for heavy wall applications where significant thermal stress crack resistance is required.
Hyflon MFA F1540 is a medium-high melt flow rate multi-purpose resin with an exceptional stress crack resistance, continuous service temperature up to 225°C and a 13-15 x 10³ cycles flex-life.

Hyflon MFA D 5510 F is a white aqueous dispersion. Hyflon MFA D 5510 F exhibits excellent wetting properties and high shear stability. Hyflon MFA D 5510 F has very good film forming behavior and is especially suited for top-coat passes to produce final items with superior gloss. Due to its features, D 5510 F can also find use in formulations for coating applications.

Hyflon perfluoropolymer is the range of melt-processable perfluoroalkoxy fluorocarbon resins specifically designed for high-temperature service with virtually universal chemical resistance. It is a family of semicrystalline resins that combines high-performance properties with exceptional value.
The excellent resistance against aggressive environments and against thermal stress cracking makes Hyflon perfluoropolymer particularly suitable for pipes and tubes used in chemical transportation.
Thanks to the ease of processing using transfer molding techniques, Hyflon perfluoropolymer resins can be used for linings of valves, tubes, and fittings that require special thermal and chemical resistance. These resins can also be injection molded to obtain self-supported items like fittings and valves.
In the electrical industry, Hyflon perfluoropolymer products are used as primary insulation for high-temperature hook-up wires.
The Hyflon perfluoropolymer range consists of three product series: the P series, the M series, and the F series. All can be used in applications as diverse as tubing, fittings, tank linings, tower packing, fittings and valve linings, films, high purity, fibers, heat tracing wiring, avionics, and specialty cables.
