VALOX 310, Unreinforced, general purpose. Typical viscosity 5000-7000.
VALOX 310SE0 is an unreinforced, flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) injection moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0 at 0.71mm and 5VA at 3.0mm flame rating. This is a good candidate for thin wall applications in the electrical industry including bobbins, keyboards, switches and appliance housings.
VALOX 311, Unreinforced, improved resistance to UV. Medium viscosity.
VALOX 312, Unreinforced, For compounding only (not for injection molding), Medium viscosity.
VALOX 315, Unreinforced, For extrusion/compounding only (not for injection molding). High viscosity. Melt viscosity between 7500 and 9500 poise.
VALOX 325, General purpose, unreinforced, improved processing. Applications like sprinklers and nozzles, pumps, door handle, tank covers, pens, pencils etc.
VALOX 325F is compliant with food contact regulations acc. to EC Reg. No. 10/2011. VALOX 325F is a general purpose, unreinforced PBT injection moulding resin which contains internal mold release. Available in natural colour only (1001).
VALOX 325FC is compliant with food contact regulations. VALOX 325FC is a general purpose, unreinforced PBT injection moulding resin which contains internal mold release. This new 325FC grade is a good processable resin that exhibits faster and more economical cycle times.
VALOX 334 is compliant with food contact regulations acc. to EC Reg. No. 10/2011. VALOX 334 is a general purpose, unreinforced PBT injection moulding resin with improved flow properties. This product is available in natural color only (1001).
VALOX 337, Low temperature impact PBT. Automotive applications: underhood power distribution boxes and covers.
VALOX 308, PBT for compounding/fibers only. Not intended for injection molding. Melt viscosity: 250C at 21.6 kgf is 1575-1950 poise. Available in Natural color (1001) only.
VALOX 3007 is an unreinforced, impact modified, non flame retardant PBT injection moulding resin. Applications: flexible hinge connectors.
Overview:
The VALOX family of thermoplastic polyester resins are semi-crystalline materials based on polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and/or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) polymers. VALOX resin formulations include many performance-matched grades designed to provide application-specific property profiles. VALOX resins combine heat and chemical resistance, as well as outstanding electrical properties with exceptionally good processability and surface appearance.

Flame retardant grades offer a UL94 5VA rating and a glow wire test (GWT) pass at 960 °C
GOOD TEMPERATURE PERFORMANCE
Relative temperature index (RTI) up to 284 °F (140 °C), yet provide good low temperature performance to -40°F (-40°C)
VERY GOOD PROCESSABILITY
High flow in thin sections, offering excellent surface finish
