TROGAMID CX7323 is a microcrystalline transparent polyamide for the manufacture of parts according the injection molding procedure. TROGAMID CX7323 is a high performance, crystal clear, permanently transparent polyamide. Possesses microcrystallinity, medium viscosity, very low isotropic shrinkage, low water absorption, high level of UV resistance and dynamic strength, high transmission, excellent optical properties, high dimensional stability, very balanced mechanical property profile, high impact resistance even at low temperatures and high glass transition temperature. Offers chemical, abrasion, scratch and stress cracking resistance. Exhibits rigidity and high heat resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.

TROGAMID CX9710 is a medium-viscous and transparent polyamide for injection molding for the manufacture of parts in the optical industry. TROGAMID CX9710 is a high performance, crystal clear, permanently transparent polyamide. TROGAMID CX9711 is a permanently transparent and microcrystalline polyamide (PA) grade. It exhibits high flowability.The crystalline structure provides excellent crack resistance to the polymer.

Overview:
TROGAMID product group includes base polymers and molding compounds that are distinguished particularly by permanent transparency and high chemical resistance. The T series comprises all compounds based on polyamide 6-3-T.
Specialty transparent polyamide grades are designated CX, referring to the microcrystallinity of the products. The TROGAMID Care series includes all grades for medical applications.

TROGAMID CX is a microcrystalline, transparent PA12 that is used as a thermoplastic matrix material in composite parts where attractive appearance is an important criterion.

Furthermore, it can be used in combination with glass or carbon fibers and is the material of choice in design applications targeted at end consumers.

Processing:
TROGAMID molding compounds are not miscible with most other polymers. Even minor contaminations cause clouding. Therefore, the plasticating units and all melt channels should be cleaned carefully prior to production.

TROGAMID molding compounds are delivered with a moisture content less than 0.10 wt.% in moisture-proof packaging. For high-quality molded parts, we recommend additional drying in a dry-air dryer.

Drying temperature: 80 °C - 90 °C
Drying time: 8 - 12 hours
Recommended residual moisture for additional drying 0.02 < 0.06 %
