This resin offers extreme low temperature ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. PC EXL1613T resin is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

This resin offers cold temperature (0 °C) ductility in combination with very high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC resin. PC EXL1810T resin is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

PC EXL1890T polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a transparent injection molding grade for food contact applications. This resin offers cold temperature (0 °C) ductility in combination with very high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC resin. PC EXL1890T resin offers enhanced release performance and is available in transparent colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications in food handling or food preparation markets.

PC EXL4016H 6% GF reinforced opaque polycarbonate-siloxane copolymer with good impact strength, stiffness and hydrolytic stability.

PC EXL4019 is an opaque 9% Glass Fiber (GF) reinforced polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin for injection molding (IM) applications requiring improved stiffness. This resin also offers improved ductility over conventional GF reinforced PC resins in combination with medium flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times when compared to standard PC. PC EXL4019 resin is a product that may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications. Available in limited colors only.

PC EXL4412 copolymer is a 20% glass fiber reinforced Polycarbonate Copolymer, medium flow, impact modified, injection moldable grade. EXL4412 is available in opaque colors only and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications that require a combination of stiffness and ductility.
