Tecnoflon L 636 is a medium-low viscosity fluoroelastomer terpolymer, designed to provide improved low temperature characteristics. Tecnoflon L 636 is especially suited for injection moulding of O-rings and sealing components which must meet demanding specifications. Tecnoflon L 636 exhibits the same excellent heat and chemical resistance expected from Tecnoflon copolymers. Tecnoflon L 636 can be used for compression, injection and transfer molding of O-rings, diaphragms, gaskets, seals, moulded shapes or other items requiring improved low temperature performance. Tecnoflon L 636 can be combined with the cure system and other typical fluoroelastomer compounding ingredients. Mixing can be accomplished with two roll mills or internal mixers. Tecnoflon L 636 can be extruded into hoses or profiles and can be calendered to make sheet stocks or belting.

Tecnoflon VPL 55540 belong to a brand new generation of very low temperature peroxide curable FKM. It have been designed to offer outstanding low temperature flexibility (i.e. TR10 = 40°C). Like all other Tecnoflon peroxide curable grades, they exhibit excellent processability and superior mechanical properties and sealing ability; moreover they need very short postcuring cycles. Accordingly to the curing technology, Tecnoflon VPL 55540 can be transformed by all the molding techniques, including injection, injection compression, compression, and transfer molding. Tecnoflon VPL 55540 can be used with all typical peroxide curing system and the other fluoroelastomer compounding ingredients. Mixing can be accomplished with two roll mills or internal mixers. Tecnoflon VPL 55540 can be extruded into hoses or profiles or can be calendered to make sheet stocks or belting.
