Description:

Vamac G is a low viscosity, general purpose, diamine-cured dipolymer elastomer grade. Contains a small amount of release agent. Provides long-term durability, longevity & superior thermal-, fluid- and chemical resistance. It can retain sealing properties when under compression. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and transfer molding. Vamac G is designed for automotive components, powertrain applications, air management systems, engine and transmission lip seals.

Vamac DP is a dipolymer elastomer grade with good low temperature flexibility. Shows resistance to oil, chemical, high-temperature and good compression set. Vamac DP can be processed without using a post cure.

Vamac GLS is a dipolymer elastomer grade. Contains a small amount of release agent. Exhibits low oil swell, higher glass transition temperature and low-temperature flexibility (-15°C to -45°C). Provides long-term durability, longevity & superior thermal-, fluid- and chemical resistance. It can retain sealing properties when under compression. Vamac GLS is recommended for automotive components, powertrain applications, air management systems, engine and transmission lip seals.

Vamac GXF is a dipolymer elastomer grade. Contains a small amount of release agent. Exhibits improved tensile properties and dynamic fatigue resistance at elevated temperatures. Provides long-term durability, longevity & superior thermal-, fluid- and chemical resistance. It can retain sealing properties when under compression. Vamac GXF is recommended for automotive components, powertrain applications, air management systems, engine and transmission lip seals.

Vamac HVG is an unfilled elastomer grade. It contains a small amount of processing aid. Shows high compound viscosity, improved green strength, improved collapse resistance of extrudates, enhanced dimensional stability and improved moldability through elimination of trapped air. Vamac HVG is used for compression molded goods, highly plasticized compounds, and extruded tubing & hoses.

Vamac VMX4017 is an elastomer provides improved low temperature properties for AEM compounds. The key attribute of VMX4017 is the low Tg of -42°C which is about 10°C lower than Vamac G. Compounds made with VMX4017 have similar heat resistance, compression set properties when compared to a compound made from Vamac G.

Vamac VMX5000 pre-compound series utilize a novel filler system that provide very good physical properties, comparable to Carbon Black, but do not hurt heat ageing of the final compounds. Vamac VMX5000 series pre-compounds offer by 10 to 15°C improved heat resistance over conventional carbon black filled AEM or HT-ACM. Vamac VMX5000 series pre-compounds can be seen as an interesting cost-effective alternative to FKM materials in the temperature range between -35 to +175°C.
