DAI-EL G-EXP-002 is a cure incorporated copolymer with medium-low Mooney viscosity. It is designed for injection molding of o-rings, seals and other parts where fast curing and low compression set are required.
DAI-EL G-EXP-004 is a cure incorporated copolymer with medium Mooney viscosity. It is designed for transfer or compression molding of seals and other complex parts where high elongation is required for ease of demolding.
DAI-EL G-EXP-006 is a cure incorporated copolymer with medium-low Mooney viscosity. It is designed for injection molding of o-rings,seals and other parts where moderate cure speed and low compression set are required.
Safety
(1) Store and use all fluoroelastomers in a well-ventilated area.
(2) Do not smoke in areas contaminated with dust from fluoroelastomers.
(3) Avoid eye contact.
(4) After handling, wash any skin that came in contact with the product with soap & water.
Overview:
DAI-EL bisphenol curable copolymers are copolymers.These products exhibit the best heat resistance and lowest compression set among the DAI-EL family. They are particularly suited for O-ring and oil seal applications in high-heat environments.
DAI-EL offers injection and compression molding grades, extrusion grades, metal adhesion grades, and compression set resistant grades. Most DAI-EL copolymers are supplied as cure incorporated precompound but specifically labeled base polymers (BP) are available. These require the addition of a bisphenol curing agent and an accelerator.
DAI-EL fluoroelastomer and perfluoroelastomer products provide excellent high temperature and aggressive fluids resistance in sealing and fluid transport applications for automotive, aerospace, chemical process, small engine, and other harsh sealing environments. DAI-EL global technical and manufacturing resources support new developments and application of DAI-EL, each designed to meet specific OEM (end user) and fabricator (processor) requirements.
