Description:
DURADEX D-3000 resin offers exceptional hydrolytic stability,and its toughness is superior to many commercially available, high-temperature engineering resins. It features high deflection temperature and outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking. The polymer is inherently flame retardant, and also has excellent thermal stability and good electrical properties.

This resin processes readily on conventional injection molding equipment. It is well-suited for parts requiring long flow length with thin walls.

DURADEX D-3000 polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) delivers the highest performance of our sulfone polymers, offering better impact resistance and chemical resistance than polysulfone (PSU) and polyetherimide (PEI).

The high heat resistance and excellent hydrolytic stability of Radel PPSU make it an excellent choice for hot water fittings and medical devices requiring repeated steam sterilization.
