CYCOLOY C6600 PC/ABS blend is an injection moldable non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade with balanced flow, impact and hydrolytic stability. It also offers good chemical resistance and colorability in opaque colors.
CYCOLOY C7230P resin is a mineral filled, flame retardant PC/ABS. Good stiffness combined with balanced flow and impact performance, makes it a good candidate for various applications.
CYCOLOY RCM6134 resin is an injection moldable filled PC/ABS blend with non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardant. It contains 35% post consumer recycle content with a UL-94 V0 rating at 1.0mm. Developed for thin wall applications that require high flow and high stiffness performance. Limited availability and restricted color only.
Cycoloy RCX7233 (experimental grade name EXCY0355) resin is an injection moldable impact modified PC blend with non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardant. It contains 30% post consumer recycle content with a UL-94 V0 rating at 0.75 mm for all color. Developed for applications require excellent flow and impact balance with thin wall flame resistance. Overview:
Cycoloy resins are amorphous PC/ABS blends which combine the most desirable properties of both resins; the excellent processibility of ABS and the superior mechanical properties and heat resistance of polycarbonate. Impact is maintained down to -30°C while heat resistance can be in the range of 95°C -140°C (Vicat B120).
