VESTOSINT 2070 is a polyamide 12 fine powder for the use in liquid coating systems. It is used as an additive, for instance, in coil coating systems to improve abrasion resistance and T-bend test.

VESTOSINT 2155 is a polyamide 12 fine powder for the use in liquid coating systems. It is used as an additive for instance in coil coating systems, to improve abrasion resistance and T-bend test. It also can be used in minicoating of small iron parts, e.g., foundation corsetry or ferrite rings.

Overview:
VESTOSINT PA12 powders, which are manufactured from the base polymers in a technically demanding process, feature many physical, chemical and electrical properties that make them perfect for coating metal parts. The coatings are applied in the fluidized-bed process, or by flame spraying.
