DAIKIN DAI-EL G-7371 is a cureincorporated copolymer with medium Mooney viscosity. It is designed for transfer molding, extrusion and calendering.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-7451 is a cure-incorporated copolymer with medium Mooney viscosity. It has excellent mold flow compared with fluoroelastomers of similar Mooney viscosity, making it well suited for compression,transfer or injection molding. DAI-EL G-7451 produces vulcanizates with excellent heat and compression set resistance.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-7452 is a cure-incorporated copolymer with medium Mooney viscosity. It has excellent mold flow compared with fluoroelastomers of similar Mooney viscosity, making it well suited for compression,transfer or injection molding. DAI-EL G-7452 is designed for seals and other complex shapes, where higher elongation at molding temperatures provides easy part demolding.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-7801 is a bisphenol cure-incorporated copolymer with high Mooney viscosity. It is designed especially for compression molding of O-rings, seals and other shapes. It has better mold flow and lower compression set than copolymers of similar Mooney viscosity.
Safety

(4) After handling, wash any skin that came in contact with the product with soap & water.

DAIKIN DAI-EL fluoroelastomer bisphenol curable copolymers are copolymers.These products exhibit the best heat resistance and lowest compression set among the DAI-EL family. They are particularly suited for O-ring and seal applications in high-heat environments.
DAI-EL offers injection and compression molding grades, extrusion grades, metal adhesion grades, and compression set resistant grades. Most DAI-EL copolymers are supplied as cure incorporated precompound but specifically labeled base polymers (BP) are available. These require the addition of a bisphenol curing agent and an accelerator.
DAI-EL fluoroelastomer and perfluoroelastomer products provide excellent high temperature and aggressive fluids resistance in sealing and fluid transport applications for automotive, aerospace, chemical process, small engine, and other harsh sealing environments. global technical and manufacturing resources support new developments and application of DAI-EL, each designed to meet specific OEM (end user) and fabricator (processor) requirements.
