Description:
Hyflon PFA 120 is a semi-crystalline, flame retardant PFA grade. Exhibits low flow, high heat resistance, chemical inertness, low surface energy and exceptional dielectric properties. Shows high viscosity, melt strength, lower permeability to gases and excellent mechanical characteristics. Retains properties over a wide range of temperature from cryogenic upto 300°C. Hyflon PFA 120 is suitable for processing by extrusion-blow molding. Used in liners, piping, tubing, cable jacketing, semi-conductor molding compounds, chemical processing industries and aerospace applications.

Hyflon 120X is a low melt flow rate resin designed for blow molding applications, where very high viscosity and melt strength are needed. It also has significantly lower permeability to gasses than standard grades.

Hyflon PFA 125 is a low melt flow rate perfluoroalkoxy resin designed for enhanced creep resistance, higher long-term pressure resistance, and excellent thermal stability.

Hyflon P125X is a very low melt flow rate resin designed for pipe extrusion, where very high viscosity and melt strength are needed. It also has significantly lower permeability to gasses than standard grades.

Hyflon PFA P140X is designed for enhanced creep resistance, higher long-term pressure resistance, and excellent thermal stability.

Hyflon PFA P220 is a semi-crystalline, flame retardant PFA grade. Exhibits low flow, high heat resistance, chemical inertness, low surface energy and exceptional dielectric properties. Hyflon PFA resins have been designed to retain their properties over a wide range of temperatures from cryogenic to 250-260°C (482-500°F) and are the material of choice in applications such as linings in the Chemical Process Industry, specialty cables, semiconductor industry, aerospace, and other challenging industries. Hyflon PFA M620 is a low melt flow rate multi-purpose resin designed for pipe, cable, and stock shapes extrusion, injection, compression, and transfer molding.

Hyflon perfluoropolymer is the range of melt-processable fluorocarbon resins specifically designed for high-temperature service with virtually universal chemical resistance. It is a family of semicrystalline resins that combines high-performance properties with exceptional value.

The excellent resistance against aggressive environments and against thermal stress cracking makes Hyflon perfluoropolymer particularly suitable for pipes and tubes used in chemical transportation.

Thanks to the ease of processing using transfer molding techniques, Hyflon perfluoropolymer resins can be used for linings of valves, tubes, and fittings that require special thermal and chemical resistance. These resins can also be injection molded to obtain self-supported items like fittings and valves.

In the electrical industry, Hyflon perfluoropolymer products are used as primary insulation for high-temperature hook-up wires.

The Hyflon perfluoropolymer range consists of three product series: the P series, the M series, and the F series. All can be used in applications as diverse as tubing, fittings, tank linings, tower packing, fittings and valve linings, films, high purity, fibers, heat tracing wiring, avionics, and specialty cables.
