Description:
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-603 is a medium Mooney viscosity, bisphenol cure incorporated terpolymer designed for transfer and compression molding applications. DAI-EL G-603 provides excellent chemical and solvent resistance and very low fuel permeation rates.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-621 is a bisphenol cure incorporated terpolymer designed for transfer and compression molding applications. DAI-EL G-621 provides excellent chemical and solvent resistance and very low fuel permeation rates.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-671 is a bisphenol cure incorporated terpolymer designed for transfer and compression molding applications. DAI-EL G-671 combines good chemical and solvent resistance with good low temperature properties.
Typical Application:
O-rings, gaskets and seals in fuel systems
Safety:
(1) Store and use all fluoroelastomers in a well-ventilated area.
(2) Do not smoke in areas contaminated with dust from fluoroelastomers.
(3) Avoid eye contact.
(4) After handling, wash any skin that came in contact with the product with soap & water.
Overview:
DAIKIN DAI-EL bisphenol curable terpolymers are terpolymers. Their fluorin content ranges between 66% and 71%. Like the bisphenol curable copolymers, they are available as both base polymer and precompound. These polymers are ideal for applications that require resistance to fuel mixtures and solvents, such as fuel hoses and seals used in chemical processing.
Compared with copolymers, cure times tend to be a little longer and compression sets a little higher, and with the exception of DAI-EL G-671 and G-EXP-025, low temperature flexibility is not as good due to higher fluorin content. Injection and compression molding grades, extrusion grades and lower temperature grades are available.
