Dyneon Fluoroelastomer FC 2211 is an ultra-low viscosity copolymer. This fluoroelastomer (FKM) offers greater flow and filler loadings compared to conventional high-viscosity fluoroelastomers. It is a raw gumstock and is curable using amine or bisphenol-type curing agents.
Dyneon Fluoroelastomer FC 2211 boasts numerous favorable attributes that make it suitable for use in transfer and injection molding, extrusion, calendering and coatings. It does not feature an incorporated curative, but is amine or bisphenol curable.
Dyneon fluoroelastomer FC 2211 can be compounded using standard water-cooled internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and ingredients utilized in typical fluoroelastomer (FKM) formulations.

The dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the masticated gum. For best results, FC 2230 should be banded on the mill prior to adding the blended dry ingredients. Dyneon FC 2260 is a copolymer, plus cure site monomer. This fluoroelastomer offers improved water and steam resistance over conventional fluoroelastomers, and can be used in transfer molding, compression molding and calendering. It's also used in blends with fluorosilicone, silicone, EDPM and other peroxide-curable elastomers.
In addition to its improved water and steam resistance,Dyneon Fluoroelastomer FC 2260 can be used in blends with fluorosilicone, silicone, EDPM and other peroxide-curable elastomers. Additionally, Dyneon fluoroelastomer FC 2260 is capable of vulcanization of thick cross-section parts without fissuring.
