It features exceptional thermal and chemical resistance, and is the highest molecular weight FEP available in our portfolio. Dyneon Fluoroplastic FEP Granules 6301Z is suitable for use in extremely demanding applications due to its high molecular weight. Dyneon fluoroplastic FEP granules 6301Z features high temperature and chemical resistance, making it suitable for CPI applications - generally in compression and transfer molding, as well as extrusion. Depending on the demands of the application this material may be suitable up to about 200°C (392°F) and has a very high limiting oxygen index (LOI). It is typically selected for applications where a more robust FEP is needed and where processing flexibility and speed are not important selection criteria.

It features exceptionally low dielectric constant and dielectric loss as well as thermal and chemical resistance. Dyneon Fluoroplastic Granules FEP 6307Z has a wide processing window, which makes the product easy to process and suitable for use in demanding applications. Dyneon fluoroplastic FEP 6307Z features high temperature resistance and excellent low dielectric constant, making it well-suited for electrical wire and cable applications. Other notable features include extremely low flammability (high limiting oxygen index), high thermal stability and excellent non-stick release properties.
Dyneon Fluoroplastic Granules FEP 6322Z is a fully fluorinated copolymer designed for ultra-high speed extrusion for wire insulation. It can be injection molded, especially where thin-walled parts are needed. This product offers a combination of high-speed processability and exceptionally low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, making it ideal for data communications cable insulation. Dyneon Fluoroplastic Granules FEP 6322Z is mainly used as electric wire insulation due to its dielectric properties and combustion resistance. It has ultra-high extrusion speed and a wide processing window, which helps make it easy to process and use. Because of these properties, this product performs very well as a primary insulation for plenum rated electrical data communication cables. Additionally, it can be injection molded -- particularly where the user needs very good flow to fill thin sections.
Storage and Material Handling
FEP 6301Z, FEP 6303Z and FEP 6307Z have an unlimited shelf life provided they are stored in a clean, dry place in the original unopened container.FEP 6301Z, FEP 6303Z and FEP 6307Z are hydrophobic,and generally do not require drying before processing unless high humidity conditions create surface moisture adsorption.
