Vydyne R525H series are heat-stabilized to minimize oxidative degradation of the polymer when exposed to elevated temperatures in service. This product provides improved retention of physical properties under exposure to long-term heat. Also, Vydyne R525H series resins have excellent knit line strength and fatigue resistance, which is essential for cycle testing with anti-freeze solutions. Vydyne R525H series are used for under the hood automotive applications. Their hydrolysis resistant properties make R525H series resins are excellent candidates for radiator end tank and heater core applications.
Vydyne R525J is a 25% glass filled, high flow, PA66 that contains an electrically neutral heat stabilizer. It is specifically designed for electrical applications requiring high dielectric strength, low conductivity, corrosion resistance.
Vydyne R530 is a general purpose, heat stabilized, lubricated, polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Offers good flow, machine feed and mold release. Exhibits good chemical-, antifreeze-, fatigue-, hydrolysis- and solvent resistance. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive under the hood applications.
Vydyne R530H nylon resins are general purpose polyamide, heat stabilized, hydrolysis resistant, 30% glass fiber-reinforced resins. It is specifically designed to maximize the retention of physical properties when exposed to anti-freeze solutions at elevated temperatures. This product is also lubricated for improved machine feed and flow.

Vydyne R530J is a 30% glass filled, high flow, PA66 that contains an electrically neutral heat stabilizer. It is specifically designed for electrical applications requiring high dielectric strength, low conductivity, corrosion resistance.
Vydyne R530HR is specifically formulated to give superior hydrolysis resistance for demanding automotive cooling system components. This product has demonstrated more than twice the tensile strength and elongation retention of standard 30% glass-fiber reinforced PA66 after 3,500 hours of aging in automotive coolant at 120° C. Vydyne R530HR demonstrates similar property retention benefits at 130° C for 1,000 hours of coolant aging as well.
Vydyne 50BW and Vydyne 50BWFS are general-purpose PA66 resins. Offered in natural and designed for extrusion-compounding applications, this product is available at two moisture levels: 0.2% (max) as 50BW and 0.5% (max) as 50BWFS.
Glass-fiber reinforced Vydyne resins provide higher heat distortion temperature, resistance to creep and better dimensional stability when compared with unreinforced PA66. These products have good chemical resistance to a broad range of chemicals.
