DAIKIN DAI-EL G-701 is a cureincorporated copolymer with medium Mooney viscosity. It is designed especially for compression molding of o-rings and other applications that require good heat resistance and compression set.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-702 is a bisphenol cure-incorporated copolymer with medium Mooney viscosity.
It is designed for transfer or compression molding of complex parts where higher elongation at molding temperatures is required for easy part demolding.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-704 is a bisphenol cure-incorporated copolymer with low Mooney viscosity. It is a general-purpose grade designed for injection and transfer molding of seals and other complex shapes.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-741-A is a cure-incorporated copolymer with medium Mooney viscosity. It has excellent mold flow compared with fluoroelastomers of similar Mooney viscosity, making it well suited for injection, transfer or compression molding. Properly compounded and cured,DAI-EL G-741-A produces seals and other parts with excellent heat and compression set resistance.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-755 is a bisphenol cure-incorporated copolymer with medium Mooney viscosity. It is designed especially for extrusion molding and calendering.

DAIKIN DAI-EL fluoroelastomer bisphenol curable copolymers are copolymers.These products exhibit the best heat resistance and lowest compression set among the DAI-EL family. They are particularly suited for O-ring and seal applications in high-heat environments.
DAI-EL offers injection and compression molding grades, extrusion grades, metal adhesion grades, and compression set resistant grades. Most DAI-EL copolymers are supplied as cure incorporated precompound but specifically labeled base polymers (BP) are available. These require the addition of a bisphenol curing agent and an accelerator.
