DAIKIN DAI-EL G-310HBP is a medium viscosity bisphenol curable, gum copolymer. It has excellent mold flow for transfer or compression molding. Properly compounded, DAI-EL G-310HBP produces vulcanizates with excellent heat and compression set resistance.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-310LBP is a low viscosity bisphenol curable, gum copolymer. It has excellent mold flow for transfer or injection molding. Properly compounded, DAI-EL G-310LBP produces vulcanizates with excellent heat and compression set resistance.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-310MBP is a medium-low viscosity bisphenol curable, gum copolymer. It has excellent mold flow for transfer or compression molding. Properly compounded, DAI-EL G-310MBP produces vulcanizates with excellent heat and compression set resistance.
Typical Application:
O-rings, shaft seals, gaskets, molded tubing.
Safety:
(1) Store and use all fluoroelastomers in a well-ventilated area.
(2) Do not smoke in areas contaminated with dust from fluoroelastomers.
(3) Avoid eye contact.
(4) After handling, wash any skin that came in contact with the product with soap & water.
Overview:
DAIKIN DAI-EL bisphenol curable copolymers are 66% fluorin content copolymers.These products exhibit the best heat resistance and lowest compression set among the DAI-EL family. They are particularly suited for O-ring and oil seal applications in high-heat environments.
DAI-EL offers injection and compression molding grades, extrusion grades, metal adhesion grades, and compression set resistant grades. Most DAI-EL copolymers are supplied as cure incorporated precompound but specifically labeled base polymers (BP) are available. These require the addition of a bisphenol curing agent and an accelerator.
DAI-EL fluoroelastomer and perfluoroelastomer products provide excellent high temperature and aggressive fluids resistance in sealing and fluid transport applications for automotive, oil and gas, aerospace, chemical process, small engine, and other harsh sealing environments. DAI-EL global technical and manufacturing resources support new developments and application of DAI-EL, each designed to meet specific OEM (end user) and fabricator (processor) requirements.
