Dyneon Peroxide Cure Fluoroelastomer FPO 3620 is a terpolymer, plus a cure site monomer, and can be formulated for extrusion and calendering, as well as injection, compression and transfer molding of hoses and other molded goods.

These next-generation FKMs offer many benefits over previous products, including high to excellent resistance against chemical fluids and good physical properties right out of the press. Plus, due to their ability to be cured without metal oxides, these FKMs have improved acid resistance for reduced volume swell.
Dyneon Peroxide Cure Fluoroelastomer FPO 3730 is a peroxide-curable terpolymer. This FKM can be formulated for compression, transfer or injection molding, as well as extrusion processes. Dyneon Peroxide Cure Fluoroelastomer FPO 3730 boasts numerous favorable attributes that make it suitable for use in transfer, compression and injection molding, as well as extrusion processes. It does not feature an incorporated curative, but is peroxide curable. Dyneon peroxide cure fluoroelastomer FPO 3730 is packaged in slab form and is available in 55.1 lb (25 kg) boxes.

Compared to bisphenol-cured fluoroelastomers, Dyneon peroxide cure fluoroelastomer FPO 3740 offers improved water, steam and base resistance.
Dyneon peroxide cure fluoroelastomer FPO 3740 can be compounded using standard water-cooled internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and ingredients utilized in typical fluoroelastomer formulations. The dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the masticated gum. For best results, FPO 3740 should be banded on the mill prior to adding the blended dry ingredients. Once mixed, the compounded stocks have good scorch resistance and storage stability.
