DAIKIN DAI-EL G-912 is a terpolymer suitable for various peroxide cure systems. DAI-EL G-912 can be formulated to eliminate the post cure process. Used alone or in blends with other DAI-EL grades it produces finished parts with higher modulus and lower compression set.
DAIKIN DAI-EL G-9062 is a fluoroelastomer which provides excellent compression set and resistance to steam and acids. DAI-EL G-9062 is a peroxide curable terpolymer which has excellent mold flow. It is suitable for injection molding. It provides excellent compression set and resistance to steam. all grades provides excellent chemical resistance.

Safety:

Overview:
DAI-EL fluoroelastomer have better acid resistance, solvent resistance, and overall mechanical properties than bisphenol cured copolymers. As with peroxide cured copolymers, some reduction in heat and compression set resistance is normal compared with bisphenol cured grades. Compression and injection molding, low compression set and lower temperature grades are available. Post curing can be omitted for these polymers.
