Dyneon Fluoroelastomer FT 2320 is a low viscosity terpolymer designed for extrusion and calendering applications. With a proprietary incorporated cure technology, users may save time by not having to create their own cure package. It can be compounded using standard water cooled internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and ingredients utilized in typical fluoroelastomer formulations.
For best results, Dyneon fluoroelastomer FT 2320 should be banded on the mill several minutes prior to adding the blended dry ingredients. Once mixed, the compounded stocks have good scorch resistance and storage stability. Notably, this low viscosity fluoroelastomer offers very good chemical and temperature resistance for product durability and longevity.

Dyneon Fluoroelastomer FT 2350 is a terpolymer. This product has medium-high viscosity and broad temperature and chemical resistance. Dyneon fluoroelastomer FT 2350 also offers a proprietary incorporated cure technology that may help create more consistent part size from successive mold cycles. It can be compounded using standard water cooled internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and ingredients utilized in typical fluoroelastomer formulations.

Dyneon Fluoroelastomer FT 2430 can be compounded using standard water cooled internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and ingredients utilized in typical fluoroelastomer formulations. The dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the masticated gum.

When appropriately formulated, Dyneon ultra high viscosity fluoroelastomer FC 2299 can provide higher tensile strength, improved tear resistance, and lower compression set than comparably formulated, lower viscosity fluoroelastomer copolymers.
