Description:
THERBAN 4307, A fully hydrogenated copolymer (less than 1% residual doublebonds), which provides vulcanizates with superior resistance to heat, excellent resistance to non - polar hydrocarbon fluids including those containing aggressive additives. With this level of unsaturation, compounds can only be vulcanized with peroxides. The incorporation of a crosslinking co-agent is recommended for optimized physical properties of both unaged and aged vulcanizates.

THERBAN 4309, A fully hydrogenated copolymer (less than 1% residual doublebonds), which provides vulcanizates with superior resistance to heat, excellent resistance to non - polar hydrocarbon fluids including those containing aggressive additives. With this level of unsaturation, compounds can only be vulcanized with peroxides. The incorporation of a crosslinking co-agent is recommended for optimized physical properties of both unaged and aged vulcanizates. High molecular weight provides for capacity of high plasticizer and filler loads.

THERBAN 4367, A partially hydrogenated copolymer designed primarily for dynamic applications requiring excellent resistance to heat, and non polar hydrocarbon fluids. Sulfur curing systems are used for improved dynamic properties and adhesion to steel and textile reinforcing materials. However, peroxide/coagent systems can be used for improved resistance to heat, compression set.

THERBAN 4369, A partially hydrogenated copolymer designed primarily for dynamic applications requiring excellent resistance to heat, and non polar hydrocarbon fluids. Sulfur curing systems are used for improved dynamic properties and adhesion to steel and textile reinforcing materials. However, peroxide/coagent systems can be used for improved resistance to heat and compression set. High molecular weight provides for capacity of high plasticizer and filler loads.

THERBAN 4498 VP, A partially hydrogenated copolymer designed primarily for dynamic applications requiring excellent resistance to heat, and non polar hydrocarbon fluids. Sulfur curing systems are used for improved dynamic properties and adhesion to steel and textile reinforcing materials. However, peroxide/coagent systems can be used for improved resistance to heat, compression set.

THERBAN ART 3462, Compound is a masterbatch of Therban 3467 with zinc diacrylate monomers, proprietary viscosity modifiers and scorch retardants. The rubber hydrocarbon content is approximately 50% and the zinc diacrylate content is approximately 39.1%. Peroxide curing systems are recommended if an optimum balance of compression set behavior and improved heat resistance is desired. PTFE mold lubricants or permanent PTFE resin coatings on mold surfaces are recommended.

THERBAN XT VP, Partially hydrogenated ter-polymer. Therban XT VP yields compound vulcanizates with particularly enhanced abrasion resistance, tear strength and adhesive properties.

Overview:

Therban HNBR rubber is a hydrogenated NBR specially designed for demanding applications requiring excellent durability in aggressive environments over a wide temperature range from -40 to 165°C.

Therban is a partially or completely hydrogenated rubber. While all HNBR products exhibit certain characteristics such as strength, heat resistance, and oil resistance superior to standard NBR and other polymers, only Therban offers a selection of grades that will perform well across a range of the most extreme environments.

Therban is already indispensable in automotive systems, oil exploration, mechanical engineering and aerospace.
Therban superior line of fully saturated grades with high heat resistance is suited to seal applications in automotive systems and heavy equipment. High ACN saturated grades are best for low swell and explosive decompression resistance. This also applies to refrigerant applications. Therban LT grades are especially suitable for applications where cold flex cracking is a problem, as in snowmobile belts. Therban partially hydrogenated grades are the right choice in these dynamic applications. Medium-high ACN fully saturated grades are ideal for wire and cable applications. Therban AT grades are especially suited to high hardness roll applications; they combine high modulus and good dynamic properties with low compound viscosity and high abrasion resistance.

We can give discount according to order quantity.
